Allergen Statement

We do our best to label and accommodate all FDA allergen/dietary restrictions, However We do not have a separate Allergen Free Kitchen. And given that our menu selection revolves based on customer requests our kitchen actively contains nearly, if not, all of the Major Allergens. If your Allergic reaction is Severe (resulting in medical attention, hospitalization, anaphylaxis, loss of time, inability to perform etc.) We require you to speak to the Dining Room Manager prior to consuming food from the Buffet. This is so we can confirm with our Chef and kitchen crew that there aren’t any last minute changes due to supply chain/product shortage, and that fresh utensils are used to help reduce the chances of unintentional Cross-Contamination. If your Specific Allergen/dietary restriction was not addressed by the Purchaser, as part of the advance we may not be able to accommodate your needs, in which case we strongly recommend purchasing an outside meal from an allergen free kitchen. Any consumption of food and/or beverages is considered to be at the Sole Discretion of the Consumer, with no liability towards the producer, and shall be accepted as a tacit acceptance of “the company’s” hold harmless agreement. We have undertaken our Due Diligence to ensure a safe space for the consumer and reserve the right to deny service without repercussion if we feel the conditions of the situation represent too great of a risk for all parties involved.

If your event is a Drop and not a fully serviced event, our responsibility ends at the moment of delivery.
